Our office is currently seeking a successful candidate having a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with an emphasis on HVAC systems and project designs for buildings. Candidate will have solid background in HVAC systems design coursework, preferably 2+ years of experience in commercial and residential building design. Knowledge of the ASHRAE standards, NFPA and IBC codes, in addition to experience with analysis and layout of HVAC systems, hydronic piping, air distribution and HVAC products and materials. The position requires performance of all aspects of mechanical engineering as it relates to individually assigned projects. This is inclusive of, but not limited to, the following:

  • Ability to meet with architects and other team members to determine appropriate HVAC systems, location of HVAC elements, and preliminary cost estimates.
  • Perform appropriate field work to determine design direction, including evaluation of existing HVAC components for re-use and retrofit.
  • Work with architects, clients, and other engineering disciplines to coordinate systems during design and production drawings.
  • Ability to prepare contract documents using latest version of AutoCad and/or Revit software to design and provide concepts for schematic design packages.
  • Ability to develop technical construction specifications to appropriately support project design and drawings.
  • Prepare design development and construction documents, including coordination with engineering team.
  • Ability to oversee, and mentor, less experienced engineering and architectural team.
  • Assist in HVAC construction administration of the project, including shop drawing review, site visits, cost proposal evaluations, and response to questions from the field.

Architectural Project Designer

Job Description: Seeking a Project Designer. Successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, with an emphasis on project designs for building; and, have previous experience in an architectural office environment (including internships prior to graduation). Electrical Design Engineer

We are seeking an Electrical Design Engineer with 1+ years of experience in the design of electrical distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems for buildings and facilities.

REVIT

Production Supervisor

To coordinate the operation of the production department lines under the direct supervision of the department manager.

DUTIES

  • Assures that all products are being produced in conformance with the GMP’s. Schedule work assignments, vacations, and days off for the hourly employees. Verifies labor hours and pay roll report accuracy.
  • Responsible for the distribution of workload to each of the leads daily.
  • Verify and control all documents used according to last document status.
  • Responsible for assessing the needs and provide training to employees and document training.
  • Responsible for conducting monthly safety and quality sessions as required and keep adequate documented records.
  • Aid in the solution of any processing problem.
  • Perform and documented daily supervisor audits.
  • Resolve team conflict and issue documented disciplinary actions and recognition.
  • Communicate effectively with employees, peers, department managers, and senior management.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sanitation supervisory role in the food manufacturing industry

Sanitation Manager
